PREAMBLE

We the Skeptrons pledge the divinity and implore the aid of our Heavenly Father in order to promote welfare and interest of the members to enhance our educational, cultural, social, and moral development for the mutual benefit of the institution and the members by the grace of God, do ordain and promulgate this constitution.
